Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with our vision and values.
Responsibilities:

Develops a business plan and a sales and marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of our goals and profitability.

Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets

Developing and the implementation of the marketing plan, and budget for the retail and partner departments.

Coordination and ordering of all marketing material by communicating with graphic designers and print houses.
-
Conducts meetings with product development and user groups to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.

Provides timely feedback to the operations manager and directors regarding performance

Creates and conducts proposal presentations.

Analyses sales data and presents to Managing Director

Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Job Specifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
-
Experience with producing reports from accounting software, analysing and interpreting the data
-
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
-
Proven leadership and ability to drive our Sales
-
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff and customers.

Self motivated, organised with exceptional follow up skills

Attention to detail

High level of initiative

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
