Enhancement

1. Upgrading Database from LinkSOFT V15.51 to V15.90 takes a long time (L13220)

Software Defect

1. When calculating Leave Hours in Leave Application, 9AM Monday to 9AM Tuesday should be 24 hours not 23.96 (L13198)
2. Report scheduled from the menu "Business Intelligence -> Report Schedule" doesn't pick data for the 31st (L13201)
3. Link Installer needs to create a folder named "Images/CustomerDisplay" as this is the default location (L13200)
4. Event Log Error message when adding an "Experience Record" to an applicant (L13226)
