Issues addressed in version: 16.04

Enhancement

1. Leave Transaction Report to show if an attachment has been added to a leave transaction (L13253)
2. Implement VMS Signing for Imported invoices via CSV. Menu: Integration ~> File Import (L13246)
3. Images loaded in Helpdesk takes a long time to load when the size is above a certain value (L13271)
4. Event Log when user account is disabled due to inactivity (L13231)
5. Do not validate Employee Code when importing TNA Biometric/Employee Mapping (L13266)
6. Disable users should also remove the user from Helpdesk Notifications (L13256)
7. Automatically create missing Employee/Biometric mapping in menu "Time Management ~> TNA Setup". The "Biometric ID" will be the same as the EmployeeID. (L13265)
8. Allow Inventory Masterfile Product Status to change from "Obsolete" even when there is IN Stock <> 0 (L13268)
9. Add API Call Data Volume to LinkSOFT (L13277)

Software Defect

1. When allocating Leave to Employee, some Leave Codes do not get a "Leave Start Date" and "Leave End Date" allocated. (L13274)
2. TNA Import error - Procedure expects parameter '@statement' of type 'ntext/nchar/nvarchar'. Source: LT_ESS_TimesheetImport (L13257)
3. Pay Edit Report Generated is blank in Company 1003 - String or binary data would be truncated (L13275)
4. Disable Plugin does not remove Plugin Function (L13276)
5. Annual leave is over-accrued from privileges defined in the leave codes. (L13267)
6. "Surcharge on prescription items tax code" automatically changes to "TAXIN" after upgrading to version 16.01 (L13235)
